Accessibility Statement

We design and build MedMoneyGuide to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is part of how we plan and review new guides, calculators, and dashboard features, not a separate project at the end.

• Use real headings, lists, and page landmarks so screen readers can navigate each page
• Give meaningful images text alternatives, and hide purely decorative ones from assistive technology
• Make navigation, forms, calculators, and the dashboard usable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator
• Keep body text at sufficient color contrast, and never use color as the only way to convey information
• Label every form field and explain errors in plain language, including password requirements
• Support zoom up to 200% and layouts from phones to large screens

MedMoneyGuide is a small, founder-run site and we haven’t completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. Some older guides include charts or comparison tables without a full text description, and some calculators may not announce every result change to screen readers. We fix these as we update each page, and reports from readers move them to the front of the line.

The site is built to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile, and with common screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA. Older browsers may display some pages differently.
